This Little Bean of Mine Cold Brew

Prepare: Gather your coffee, filter, funnel, and 1qt vessel (a glass jar would be perfect)

Measure Coffee:
2oz by weight, or 2/3 cup by volume

Grind Coffee: If you grind fresh, grind on your coarsest setting

Add Coffee: Use a funnel to add the coffee to the 4x6 filter bag

Close Bag: Cinch the bag closed and tie it to prevent grounds from coming out

Add Water: Add 2 cups (or ~1/2 L) of good clean water you'd enjoy drinking by itself. If your tap water has a lot of chlorine or minerals, use bottled drinking water for the best results.

Brew: This is the easy part. Close/cover the vessel and let sit at room temperature for 20-24 hours. Your patience will be rewarded. After that time, gently remove the bag and discard. Refrigerate and consume within 5 days for best flavor.

Drink: In your possession is Whiskey Barrel-aged cold brew coffee concentrate. Enjoy straight as is, over ice, mixed 1-1 with water, or with cream and sugar (though it doesn't need them)
